Heavy smoke and flames billow from two cars that caught fire while parked along a Ridgewood street last Friday afternoon, July 4, it was reported. According to Fire Department sources, the blaze occurred at around 2:55 p.m. last Friday along Seneca Avenue near Cornelia Street. As shown, the flames completely engulfed a double-parked sedan before spreading to a delivery vehicle parked next to it. Members of Engine Company 277 and Ladder Company 112 responded to the scene and brought the fire under control moments later. No injuries were reported.
