One woman was injured after a sedan collided with a sedan at the intersection of 61st Street and Metropolitan Avenue on the Ridgewood/Middle Village border early on Monday morning, Oct. 20, FDNY sources said. Reportedly, the crash occurred at around 6:50 a.m., prompting members of Engine Company 291, Ladder Company 140, the 104th Precinct and EMS units to respond to the scene.
