School Burned In Suspicious Blaze
     Eight firefighters suffered minor injuries while working to extinguish a three-alarm fire that broke out at P.S. 121 in South Ozone Park early last Saturday morning, Oct. 18, FDNY sources said. Reportedly, the inferno started at around 4:40 a.m. on the scaffold erected near the fourth- and fifth-floors of the schoolhouse on 126th Street near 109th Avenue. Fire Department sources said the flames extended to the building, damaging classrooms on the top two floors of the structure. Over 30 FDNY units responded to the scene along with the 106th Precinct and EMS units. The injured firemen were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Using four hose lines, an FDNY spokesperson said, the fire was brought under control at around 6 a.m. The cause of the fire was labeled suspicious and remains under investigation by FDNY marshals, it was noted.      Wanted The public's help is asked by police in tracking down the four individuals seen in this image captured by a surveillance camera who are wanted in connection with a recent grand larceny at a Bushwick store. Reportedly, the quartet of males allegedly damaged a security device and removed property from a cell phone store at 408 Knickerbocker Ave. at around 1:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Sunday, Aug. 31. After taking a number of items from the location, police said, the suspects fled in an unknown direction. The incident was later reported to the 83rd Precinct. No injuries were reported. Anyone with any information regarding the incident that could prove helpful is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS or send a text message to 274637, then enter TIP577.       An esthetician who ran a spa out of her Flushing home has been convicted of unlawfully practicing medicine and endangering the lives of two women she provided with cosmetic injections, it was announced. The women suffered infections and facial disfigurement as a result of the treatments.
