Severely Injured In Car Accident
 A woman was hospitalized with serious head injuries after being struck by a sports utility vehicle at the intersection of 108th Street and Jewel Avenue in Forest Hills last Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 11, it was reported. Members of Engine Company 305, the 112th Precinct, EMS units and the Forest Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the scene. The driver remained at the scene, it was noted.
