Gov: Don’t Change Bill For Census Rule
     Gov. David Paterson has sent an open letter to U.S. Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand urging them to oppose any amendment to the Commerce, Justice and Science appropriations bill which would deny federal funds to the 2010 Census if it does not include questions regarding U.S. citizenship or immigration status.
