 Catching Vandals In The Act Tom Silvestri (left) is presented with a certificate of recognition by at the Glendale/104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol’s (104COP) meeting on Thursday, Oct. 14 at St. Pancras School in Glendale. Pictured on the right is 104COP President Lou Kirchgessner. Silvestri had assisted in the arrest of multiple persons in the act of vandalism, graffiti specifcally, at the Home Depot parking lot on Woodhaven Boulevard.
