 P.S. 273 Celebrates Official Opening P.S. 273 on 102nd Street in Richmond hill celebrated its official opening on Thursday, Oct. 7. The school has 379 seats, is fully air-conditioned and will educate pupils form pre-kindergarten to the fifth grade.
