     Taiwan has been experimenting with a simple solution to the perennial problems of pollution, smell and excessive water use on pig farms: train the pigs to use a toilet. An inmate at the Nassau County Correctional Center in East Meadow received permission to sue the county over an incident in which he says a rat crawled into his cell and bit his penis while he slept.
