Elmhurst Safety Day Was On Target
Members of Queens Community Board 4’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) hosted a safety day event last Tuesday, June 28, at the Target store at Queens Place in Elmhurst. As noted, the members provided information to shoppers regarding disaster preparation and tips on what to do in the event of an emergency. Among those shown are Lucy Schilero, chief of Board 4’s CERT, team members Victor Beauchamp, Soo Lee and Durriyah Hakam and Target’s Alexis Sanchez and Sarah May.
