WANTED



The NYPD is searching for the person shown here, who is wanted for questioning in regards to a Dec. 25, 2011 Corona robbery where the perpetrator impersonated a police officer. According to police sources, the crime occurred at 8:20 a.m. that day in the rear of a building on 96th Street and 34th Avenue; the suspect, described as an Af r ican- Amer ican male standing 5’6” tall, allegedly approached a 50-yearold male, claimed to be a cop and proceeded to search the victim. He then removed the victim’s watch and wallet before fleeing. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577- TIPS (8477), log onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or text their tips to CRIMES (274637) with the code TIP577.
