New Eagle Scout Feted In Cypress Hills Ceremony


Members of Cub Scout Packs 67 and 224 and Troops 26 and 96 celebrated the promotion of a Troop 96 member to the rank of Eagle Scout with a ceremony on Sunday night, Apr. 29, at Blessed Sacrament Church rectory in Cypress Hills. As shown, Kaome D. O’Faire (at center) received the “Eagle Scout Court of Honor”; he is an 18-year-old student of the Benjamin Banneker Academy in Clinton Hill.
