104COP Gears Up To Help Clean Up After Sandy
Members of the 104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) was active in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, using chain saws to remove dozens of trees that blocked area streets, and helping to transported food, water, clothing and other emergency supplies from collection centers set up by City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley, State Sen. Joseph Addabbo and Assemblyman Mike Miller to sites in Far Rockaway, Belle Harbor, Breezy Point, Broad Channel, Howard Beach and West Hamiton Beach.
