WILLIAM S. BORYSIUCK died on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the age of 90. He was the brother of the late Anthony Borysiuck and loving cousin of Jean Damaduk, Lorraine and Dean Parmelee, John and Jeanette Damaduk and Reid Parmelee. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served during World War II and was an employee of Prudential-Bache for over 35 years. Services will be offered on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 11 a.m. at Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth, followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Maspeth.

ISABELLE JOHNSON died on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the age of 81. She was the wife of the late George Johnson, loving mother of George Johnson, Kim Russo and June Stinett and cherished grandmother of Nicole, Lauren, Kevin, Kayla, Jamie, Brittany, Christopher, Joseph and Stephanie. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at St. Mary’s Church, Woodside, followed by interment at St. John Cemetery, Middle Village, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

MARIA E. LOPEZ of Ridgewood died on Friday, Sept. 11, at the age of 64. A native of Cuenca, Ecuador, she was the devoted mother of Alexander Michel and Esthela Michel and dear sister of Lila Lopez, Ruben Lopez and Angel Lopez. She is also survived by three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Matthias Church, Ridgewood, followed by interment at Linden Hill Cemetery, Ridgewood, under the direction of Morton Funeral Home/ Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood.

BEATRICE SPINELLI died on Thursday, Sept. 10, at the age of 94. She was the loving mother of Theresa Tarlowe, Carolyn D’Amelio, Joseph Spinelli and Robert Spinelli, motherin law of Joel, Dawn, Patricia and the late Patrick, cherished grandmother of Paul, Joseph, Vincent and Julia, great-grandmother of Gianna, Logan and Andrew and dear sister of Joseph Paiva, Richard Paiva and the late Olga Grappone. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Monday, Sept. 14, at Resurrection-Ascension Church, Rego Park, followed by interment at Cypress Hills Cemetery, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

COSTENZIO ANTHONY GOVERNALE of Ridgewood died on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the age of 47. He was the loving son of Irene Governale and dear brother of Dawn. He is also survived by three nephews. A private cremation was held at Rose Hill Crematory, Linden, N.J., under the direction of Seneca Chapels, 494 Seneca Ave., Ridgewood.
