CONSTANCE B. LA FONTE of Ridgewood died on Saturday, October 24, at the age of 75. A native of Brooklyn, she was the devoted mother of Andrea Luchino, David Amendola and Stephanie Dale. She is also survived by seven grandchildren. Services were offered at Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood, followed by interment in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.

ELEANOR TAUBENBERGER died on Saturday, October 24, at the age of 97. She was the wife of the late George Taubenberger and the loving mother of Eleanore L. Taubenberger. A private cremation was held on Monday, October 26, at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

ADOLF HOEGLER of Ridgewood died on Friday, October 23, at the age of 90. A native of Tiefenthal, Gottschee, Yugoslovia, he was the beloved husband of Stefanie, devoted father of Adolph Hoegler and Arnold Hoegler, dear brother of Regina Schuster and Bernhard Hoegler, loving grandfather of Jean Hoegler, Joseph Hoegler and Robert Hoegler, and great-grandfather of Kathryn Hoegler. He was a member of Gottscheer Relief Association. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal, Ridgewood, followed by interment in All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village, under the direction of Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood.

EUGENIUSZ KOPACZ of Ridgewood died on Thursday, October 22, at the age of 73. A native of Zembrzyce, Poland, he was the beloved husband of Zofia and devoted father of Anna Radek. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Matthias Church in Maspeth, followed by interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Maspeth, under the direction of Morton Funeral Home/ Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood.

MARIOARA POPOVICI of Ridgewood died on Saturday, October 17, at the age of 84. A native of Visag, Romania, she was the devoted mother of Maria Dimitresci. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services were offered at Morton Funeral Home/ Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood. by Reverend Viorel Dimitrescu, followed by interment in All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village.
