That's One Lucky Shopper Tower Electronics at 60-92 Myrtle Avenue provided a 32-inch HDTV as the grand prize in the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) Lucky Shopper Holiday Raffle. Carmela Alvarez (at left) won the prize, which was presented by storeowner Frank Papp and his daughter Francesca.
